About Tracey

I love to try new crafts, and when I began making cards in 2008 I found a new passion. I enjoy learning new techniques, and still consider myself a beginner when it comes to cardmaking and scrapbooking. My goals in creating this blog are to share what I am learning with others, to continue to refine my techniques, and to provide inspiration to all who read here. Even though I love making cards, I am not good at actually sending cards on time (or at all). I am working on that.

I am a Christian and thank God for the abilities He has given me; I am striving to be faithful in glorifying Him in all that I do.

I have been married to my awesome husband for 13 years, and we have two daughters: K (16yo), and J (14yo). J enjoys crafting with me (when I let her use my supplies smiles), but K is “not a craft-person.”

Last year I introduced my mom to cardmaking, and she is as hooked as I am. We attend classes together at local scrapbook stores, shop together (way too often), share ideas, and spend a lot of time together working on cards and scrapping.

I am always open to constructive criticism and questions.
